MarketOne Boston has moved (but not far!)

Date: 6 April 2019

For only the third time in its 21 year history, MarketOne has moved its U.S. office. Originally located in the historical Maynard Clock Tower campus (former Digital Equipment Corp headquarters), MarketOne made the move to Waltham in 2012 to improve accessibility for staff, visitors and Boston-based job applicants. While the Waltham location also represented an aesthetic upgrade to the former textile mill in Maynard, the new office was located on the ground level with limited natural lighting.

When the lease expired earlier in 2019, a new location on 300 Fifth Avenue, Waltham was selected. Overlooking the Cambridge Reservoir, the new offices are on the fifth floor enjoying expansive western views all the way to Mount Wachusett. The 17,000 sq ft. office was configured to exact specifications featuring a more open plan, glass conference rooms, corporate color accents in the carpet and walls, all new furniture and Wi-Fi enabled screen projection technology. Within a short walk is a fitness center, day care center, and new cafeteria featuring restaurant-quality meals, gaming area and even beer taps with open hours until midnight. A slightly longer walk down the southern slope of the office park are a Market Basket, Starbucks and three restaurants.
